Chelmsford Animal Hospital came highly recommended to me and they did not disappoint. Everyone here was so wonderful when I brought my pupper for his first appointment. It was a little weird, since I didn't actually get to meet the vet due to the social distancing measures, but everything was great.
I have to thank Dr. Hart and the staff for getting me through one of the worst weeks of my life. They were compassionate and understanding when I was ready to mortgage my house to buy my cat a little more time.nThanks again and RIP Sphinx.
My dog went for her annual check-up today. At first I was a little apprehensive as, due to pandemic, i had to wait in my car as one of the workers brought my dog in for her exam. I had a nice chat with an assistant before she went in and, when exam was over, the doctor called me and we had a nice chat about the exam. I was not rushed and I feel as though I was given ample time for questions and answers. This was followed by a pleasant check-out, also over the phone. Then my dog was brought out to me, just as happy coming out as she was to go in.nAll in all, I was very pleased with the experience!nThank you Dr. Hansen and staff ud83dudc36
The group has been very understanding with the pandemic. They call as you wait outside, take info and payment over the phone, and were very effective at social distancing while providing a service.
