If I could give 10 stars, I definitely would! Ms. Peggy gives exceptional service!! I called in to place a pickup order and explained that someone close to my family lost a loved one. Ms. Peggy walked me through the order, and made sure everything was good-to-go before we ended the call. When I picked up the flowers, I was greeted by a very friendly lady. Even when I asked a rather nit-picky question about the flowers-and needed a small correction on the card-Peggy's assistant didn't hesitate to make the correction, and Peggy graciously explained the arrangement of the flowers, which I had no clue about because I had never ordered from a floral shop before. Very pleasant experience!:0)

I had a great experience with The Flower Cottage! Their website is very well organized and coherent. Being so far from their area, I appreciated getting an update email once the flowers were delivered. One thing I would also appreciate is if they would send an update email the day of the delivery - just to confirm that the gift is on schedule to be delivered. That said, I will definitely be using The Flower Cottage again!

Very smooth experience, amazing flowers, great communication and delivery on-time to a hotel. My friend said that the bouquet was very beautiful... I ordered those flowers from France to my friend in Charleston so I was very worried about the process as I'm far away. However, the communication was perfect and I could easily talk to their team on Facebook and by email! Thank you so much, my friend was very touched. I'll order with you again. Hello from France!!

My mother passed away and Peggy the owner helped me so much. She went above and beyond and gave me the most beautiful flowers I could have ever asked for, texted me on her personal number, and was always there to answer any questions and provide advice. She was incredibly helpful. And the flowers were absolutely stunning- everything was custom and the prices were fair. I’ll always recommend them and will use them again and again. I truly can’t thank them enough.
