Above and beyond customer service and florals. They made a BEAUTIFUL casket spray for my father's funeral. I've used them before for sending flowers to my mother and aunts. I haven' been disappointed yet!nThank You!
Lackluster customer service. They got my order wrong and were not proactive about fixing it. After leaving several messages by phone, email, and their website, I received a response from EW who then asked if it would be ok if the new arrangement could be delivered in a couple of days (more than a week later than the original delivery date). Then the second arrangement was wrong, again. I do not recommend this florist.
Customer Service is out of this world!! The roses I received for Valentine's day had already opened and started to fall apart before days end. Bloom Work's (E.W.) did not hesitate to make things right. Very next day I received a BREATHTAKING arrangement with a beautiful vase. Thank you to all the hard workers at Bloom Works for your dedication to customer service!!!
