The Doctor’s take great care of your pet almost as if it was one that belongs to them. The staff are very friendly and they do what they can to help in anyway
They do not return calls even urgent ones. The service was terrible & I lost my forever health guarantee on my new puppy due to non returned paperwork. Save yourself a headache & choose another location or establishment!
Vets are fine but the clinic is very unorganized. Its a headache every time I go there or call to get prescriptions refilled.
FIX YOUR PHONES please, I’ve been calling for the last 2 hours with no luck and all I’m trying to do is reschedule an appointment. I tried doing this on the app/online but it said I have to call in for this specific appointment. Please please just fix your phones, it’s so frustrating to go through all this trouble for a 30 second phone call.
I visited today with my 22 year old cat. Starting with the young lady from Pet Smart who met us at the door, to the young lady at the desk, everyone was very pleasant and accommodating. Then we went in with the nurse and Doctor. Kerri the nurse and Dr. Bloom were absolutely wonderful. I can’t say enough good things about them!!! They handled her perfectly. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back. Thank you ladies!!
