Dr. Bickford and the vet techs are great. They were so kind and thoroughly answered all my questions. My pup can be a little anxious, but he was comfortable with the girls and excited to be there. We found our new vet!
I recently brought my dog here for care and I immediately knew that he was in good hands. The staff was very friendly and Dr. Bickford was so caring and knowledgeable. My dog usually gets very nervous when going to the vet clinic, but he was not nervous at all! I highly recommend Brookline Veterinary Center!
I brought my dog in to test a lump and spent $400 with BVC. They said I would know the next day. Three days later I had to call them and they said test was indeterminate...that were not sure if they got enough material or if sample was not prepared correctly. So I asked if I should bring our dog back so they could re-test. They said I would have to pay another $400. What? So I spent $400 for nothing and they offered nothing else.
This new facility is lovely and a welcomed addition to the area. Dr. Bickford and the team were so knowledgeable and made my fur baby feel stress free during her visit. I'd recommend to anyone looking for a vet in the Brookline area.
