Took my dog and cat for vaccines and an annual check up. The clinic is clean and very nicely decorated. The technician used a lot of great fear free techniques because my dog is a nervous girl and he spent the time to make her feel comfortable. Everyone was pleasant and the appointment was quick and easy. Dr. Sell was very professional and sweet. Costs are comparable other primary care clinics in the area.
The clinic looks nice, the vet was friendly but the assistant we felt with was very rude and had a very condescending tone. I asked him about home cooked meals for dogs since my dog has a sensitive stomach, and he was less than helpful when he told me to just Google it, as opposed to give me any information, recommendations or even to ask the vet as you would expect.
This place is great! The staff is always friendly and professional. The technician, I think his name is Ryan, is amazing! I just got a new puppy, and he was always willing to talk to me about any questions I might have. I think I asked him 20 questions about my puppy and he answered them all happily! He was very informative about all the vaccine options and wanted to me to make decisions based on my dogs exposure to certain diseases. The doctor was through and examined him head to toe. My pup didn’t even care about the shots he got from the Dr. Sell since she was gentle with him, and made sure he was focused on treats. I was so worried it would hurt him so very surprised he didn’t even notice.nAll together this is an amazing hospital and I’ll recommend them to anyone else I know with pets.

Very friendly veterinarian, very friendly front desk, BUT VERY RUDE VET ASSISTANT. At least I care to bring my pet to the vet to check. I did not come here to let him asked me to 'educated myself' in such a condescending way repeatedly. I was just trying to ask what other vaccines do they offer here, he judged and judged. Don't think that's because English is my second language which may cause this misunderstanding. I have lived in US for over six years, but never have I ever seen people talk to me in such a rude manner, and never have had the anger to make me want to comment like this. How come someone with his attitude be hired as a vet assistant?
