I am so sad and disgusted by this business. I ordered flowers for my mother for her birthday. She sent a picture to thank me and I was appalled and embarrassed by what she received. The flowers looked nothing like what I ordered and some were wilted and dying upon delivery. I am so saddened that this is what she received for her birthday. They would be much better off in the garbage. This place should not be in business any longer and should definitely not be allowed to rip off paying customers.

I needed flowers delivered as a birthday gift and the gentleman I spoke with was awesome. The flowers were delivered as promised and the arrangement was absolutely beautiful!
I ordered flowers through Sherries Berries and it did not look like the photo. I told the gentleman at Lake Norman Flowers and he said he had nothing to do with it but was calling to see if the recipient received the flowers. I told him I was disappointed in the quality and he hung up on me. So, who created that subpar bouquet of flowers if not Lake Norman Flowers? Why are you calling to follow up on the delivery then? Bill helped us pick out some beautiful flowers for my grandmother’s funeral. We were wanting some potted plants that we could keep and he made the basket absolutely beautiful! My dad and grandfather also order flowers and they all were just what we wanted. The prices were very reasonable too. Some out of town friends also used Lake Norman Flowers and Gifts to send bouquets to the funeral home too. Lake Norman Flowers and Gifts were very helpful and gave us just what my grandmother would have loved!
