Still waiting on a refund from May 9, 2020 for a mothers day arrangement. I placed the order online for it to be canceled the day of delivery by the florist shop for no reason. Didnt receive flowers nor my money back. My bank has been disputing this with them because they claim the money was refunded 14 days later yet the bank hasnt seen the refund on there records.
Victoria was very compassionate when it came to picking out my mother's flowers for her funeral in April and then again in August when my daughter in law passed away. Her suggestions were very helpful and appreciated.
Impressive if you are expecting grocery store quality flowers. The arrangement we received already had roses that were blown open and wilting. My wife was highly disappointed, and so was I in what was received for the price.
