Cynthia at Cottage Florist is the very best florist I have ever encountered. My BFF moved to Hendersonville, NC last year and I like to send her flowers on her birthday. The arrangements are elegant, artistic and truly beautiful. Cynthia’s professionalism and customer service are superb.
