Couldn't be happier! Customer service was great! The flowers were lovely and delivered on time. I'd call that 5 star service!
Let me premise this that i have never been a customer of this business. This review is based on the extreme recklessness of one of their drivers today at 2:20 pm. Flower Patch minivan bearing OA4TZ. Northbound redwood road 14800 20 miles over the limit. Tailgating and no signalling. Interestingly, they passed a Bluffdale police car which pulled over for car and they barely slowed down. Entering Bangerter Highway east the driving became more reckless. I believe the character and integrity of any business is in all areas, notably the driving habits of an employee with emblazoned advertising.
We were cheated on the size of our flower wreaths! They were all fresh expensive flowers and we paid for the bigger wreaths. We couldn't even recognize our own wreaths at my SIL's funeral because they were so small!! Ripoff!!
These ladies are awesome and on top of it
The employees there are very helpful and seem to be @ peace with the world. Many smiles with an unusual good vibe. Looks like a very mentally healthy enjoyable work environment for those that are at service to others ensuring their gestures of Love, appreciation and sympathy are delivered to their recipients... they all deserve a Tip for sure
