First spoke with Cathy over the phone, and she was very sweet and knowledgeable, and even sent me pics of possible arrangements that I might prefer. There were so many selections to choose from, I decided to go to the store in person. I again worked with Cathy and ordered two floral arrangements for my grandfather's funeral service. The wreath arrangement sent was even more beautiful than in the online photo. We also asked her to create a random colorful spray. Again, absolutely beautiful, and colorful while remaining appropriate for the occasion. I just ordered again from them, online this time, for my grandmother's birthday. I know she will love her flowers. I will choose this florist from now on.
So professional, quick, and incredibly helpful! Cathy was so accommodating to my requests. She was even able to deliver a decent distance on the same day for a reasonable fee. She worked with my budget to create a beautiful fresh cut bouquet, and added a coordinating bow to achieve the perfect look. Cathy and her team do great work, and I can not recommend them enough!
I had some flowers delivered to my sister. I had a bad experience with 1-800-Flowers but using Teleflora for this delivery was excellent. Teleflora arranged the delivery with C&W and I was impressed with the speed of delivery and the arrangement. My sister sent me a picture of the flower arrangement after delivery. The flowers looked beautiful! I highly recommend this shop if you live near Roanoke Rapids or if you can request Teleflora make a delivery through a certain local florist.
