Janna was truly a light in our dark tunnel while we were going through such a rough time. She knew exactly what to say to help us feel better all the while taking such good care of my dear grandmas services. Not only was she absolutely the cheapest she is the best!!! Thank you so much Janna and everyone at Aspen you made the hardest stuff feel so easy. I am forever grateful we decided to call you! I would refer you over and over again! Such amazing people ❤️

I do not recommend Aspen Funeral Home or their services. My husband passed away suddenly in April. Aspen was the funeral home on call. When the gentleman arrived in my home, he complained that he was the only one there to move my husband's body, he said he would have to call a 'friend' to come help him... We waited a long time for his helper to arrive. When he did arrive the 2 men were very loud and disrespectful, LAUGHING and JOKING, making LOUD comments. I do not assume that they were making personal comments. Although they removed my husband quickly, I just found their manner completely UNPROFESSIONAL and comments, joking, and laughter completely UNNECESSARY. I found it utterly heartbreaking and disrespectful. Speed of removal was not the issue. I would have waited all night to receive kind, thoughtful, respectful service. Pick up was another story. My husband passed away early in the week and we were told that his remains and the death certificate would be ready for pick up by that Friday. On Friday, they said by Saturday, on Saturday they said Monday, on Monday, I finally said I need the certificate immediately and I was able to pick THAT up and still had to wait a few more days for his remains. I wouldn't have minded the timeframe, I just didn't like the unprofessional, completely inaccurate times. Constantly being put off. If I was in a better state of mind, I would have sent them away. I hope that someone reads this review and makes a better choice. I can only share my experience and my opinion.

My mother passed away last month. Janna with Aspen was amazing and I can't say enough good things. I never felt pressured to upgrade or buy any specific packages and she was even willing to work with me taking some time for payments. In addition, she was very helpful and willing to accommodate some of my mothers somewhat outlandish requests for her handling (which sounds morbid I know but it wasn't that strange, I promise).

Mark and Gene with Aspen are two of the kindest most compassionate people you will encounter. They save people thousands on funeral services and do an amazing job! So important at such trying times for anyone needing these services. I advise people to talk to them before dealing with traditional funeral homes. You won't regret it!
