Vestal's Florist

I called Vestals Florist today at 12:00pm noon, and ordered flowers to be delivered to my sweetheart, that lived only 5 miles away from where the florist is located. I was told by the florist that the flowers would be delivered the same day by 3:00pm, and was told that I would receive a confirmation call to let me know that the flowers were delivered successfully. I never received a confirmation call from the florist. So, at 4:30pm I called the florist to see if the flowers had been delivered and what was going on, and I was told that indeed they had been delivered. So, I asked why that I never received a confirmation call, and the florist failed to give me a reason as to why they didn't call me, saying they didn't know why. So, I called my sweetheart and nothing was mentioned about receiving delivered flowers.So, I asked if anyone had been to visit, and was told no, that no one had been to visit. So, I kind of had to give the surprise away and tell them to go look on their porch to see if they could find anything setting outside. They went to look and said, that there wasn't anything sitting outside on the porch, and wanted to know what I was talking about. So I had to give it away and tell them that I had paid for flowers to be delivered by the florist, by 3:00pm. So, my sweetheart walks all the way around the house, and lo and behold there sets the flowers at a garage door that never gets used, instead of sitting on the porch. On top of all of this was, it was freezing rain and sleeting and the flowers was sitting right out in it, not covered up by anything. This florist's customer service is about as sorry as they come and they will never get any of my hard earned money ever again. I would recommend people to avoid using this florist's service for your loved ones needs.
