We are very disappointed and will not be ordering flowers from the Flower Shoppe again. We ordered a bouquet online for Mother’s Day and it looks nothing like what we ordered. We understand that sometimes substitutions are needed if a certain flower is out of stock or unavailable but this looked absolutely nothing like what we ordered. Even the vase was completed different and the entire bouquet was much cheaper than what we originally requested. There was no contact attempted to get our opinions on the substitutions, either. Beware of using this company. Complete bait and switch.

I am thrilled with this florist! I ordered flowers for my best friend and they arrived to her within 3 hours of my purchase and they are beautiful!

Ordered the flowers 2 days before delivery and they never showed up after I was told multiple times by “Joan” they would be there. Will never order from here again. Absolutely awful experience.

Awful experience with this flower shop. I ordered flowers on Saturday for my grandpa's funeral on Monday and they were not delivered.
