I don't even know how to start. From the beginning, everything was exceptional. I'm in the middle, and have the ability to CALL AND CHECK ON MY BABY evidently any time, and my tabby baby has to stay overnight so that's extremely comforting. I'll do my best not to call unless they do, but I appreciate the option! That's a level of CARE ❤that is impressive.
Took my Dog here today for some stomach issues. They came out within 30 minutes of our arrival and Amanda took the time to answer questions and informed us of all that was going to happen. The Vet was good at keeping us informed and very knowledgeable. Our fur baby is being treated and at home now. Thank you for caring about our dog when no other vet in North county would. Definitely would recommend!
This was the absolutely worst place to take my cat when his health turned for the worst. They were more concerned with getting their money at every moment rather than helping my cat. We very unfortunately had to put my cat to sleep and they were not going to let me be with him during his last moments if I hadn’t fought with them to let me see my own cat. I am still so appalled at the treatment I received. If you love your animal, do not take them here because they have no remorse for them.
I would like to thank the ladies, that helped me deal with losing my little buddy Oreo! Very special experience! I love you all. And thank you so much!
Verry happy with the service, i have a very sick dog, got in quickly with many test to figure out what is going on with my dog. Doctor and staff so nice and helpful. We are on a treatment plan and moving forward.
