We had been going to this vet for 20 years. We scheduled an appointment for our dog to have surgery. The appointment was scheduled over 30 days in advance.nnWe dropped our dog off for surgery between 7:30 and 8:00am as they recommended. (He is an older dog and is very timid especially since he has already had to go under anesthesia twice in the past 8 months. The vet knows this)nnWe called at 10:00am and they said he was about to go in for surgery. Then 3 hour passed and we called at 1:15pm and he still had not had surgery. They said don’t worry he is calm and laying here now.nnI asked if he had been given any medication and they said he had been given a tranquilizer.nnSo, you have us schedule an appointment 30 days in advance, either over book appointments or under staff your personnel to handle emergencies in a reasonable amount of time, tranquilize my at risk dog for 6 hours and then say “well we recommend everyone drop their dogs off at 7:30 or 8:00.”nnI will never again bring an animal to this clinic. I will be contacting all of my family and friends who currently go to this clinic (over 30 of them) and suggesting they take their animals elsewhere from now on. We are not dropping our cars off for oil changes, these are pets that need real care. Idiots.

My puppies were spayed last week. Everything went very smooth. No problems with medications & they got their stitches out today. Took 20 minutes for both.

I absolutely love this animal clinic... the staff is super friendly.... always helpful and very knowledgeable about my fur babies...

Just go meet the staff. They were recommended by a friend and I am thrilled. Would recommend to anyone with feline friends!

Everyone here is so caring and helpful. They always take the time to take care of my needs as well as those of my fur babies.
