Flowers I ordered look NOTHING like what I ordered. I have never been so disappointed in flower delivery in my life. I wrote that no card was needed so they actually printed that out and put it on the flowers. Thankfully these flowers were for myself for my own birthday. I would have been mortified if these had gone out to anyone else.
Extremely helpful staff
I'm giving them a three because the vases were filthy like the dirty water after it's sits for a week. Flowers pretty. This happen twice or I would have not said a word.
My mom sent me flowers on Monday and most of them were already wilted. I let her know not to use them again! Money wasted. I feel so bad I almost wanted to pay my mom back the money she spent on it.
