I called a few days ahead to schedule a delivery to a funeral home for my best friends father who passed away. She looked for the plant I had sent and it was not there. How do you just not deliver them? This was for a funeral ceremony! You cannot afford to mess up on this! I relied heavily on you to make sure that plant I paid $50 for would be there. We spoke about this days ahead of time. I tried calling tonight but it doesn’t go to voicemail. I will call again tomorrow and get my money back.
I just ordered an arrangement from for a friend who lost a loved one, and they were stunningly beautiful. I'm so happy I called her. Ordering was easy online, she was super quick to respond, and she delivered on the same day. Thank you for the incredible service,
Terrible service!! A friend ordered flowers for my grandpas funeral. The delivered the flowers but did not follow the funeral homes protocol regarding drop off so the flowers went to the wrong family! Rude and unprofessional . If you are going to do business in funeral arrangements learn how to sympathize when you mess up. Wanda is rude and unprofessional. They did not offer to refund or replace the item. So we are out of flowers and my friend is out of money.
My sister recently ordered flowers from here and omg! they were stunning!! And the customer service was probably some of the best customer service We have ever had! We will recommend this place to everyone!
