They delayed shipping (smartly) for 2 weeks after the storm out of an abundance of caution. Plant arrived healthy, undamaged, and very professionally packaged. Will buy from them again.

This is a great place. My plant oleander was shipped in such a great way.
I was initially hesitant to place a large (for me) order of plants online. However, the process was seamless, and the plants arrived in perfect condition. The postal service did their best to screw things up by sending the package to the wrong post office. When I contacted the nursery by phone, John was very responsive and advised me how to best resolve the situation. When the plants arrived, I found all 16 to be extremely well packaged and larger than expected. I will almost certainly be ordering from this nursery again in the future.
