The flowers were beautiful and she was very kind and helpful
I live out of town and decided to order locally for Mother’s Day. Ordered online and received a call that what I ordered wasn’t available so they cancelled that order for me and I went back online and placed another order a few days late. Late order on Friday and they are closed Sunday so I figured it would be a day or so late. She never got them and I never got a call back after leaving a voicemail. I got my money back but I’d have preferred my Mom get flowers!
They have always sent beautiful and long lasting flowers whenever someone has sent them to me or I have had them delivered. I highly recommend this shop
I'm not a customer but this morning Dec, 17 2019. Jan's company van was doing 50-55 mph down MLK in Silsbee its a 30mph zone with lots of houses and kids on this road. Slow down
