My daughter ordered flowers for my birthday online. Entered the address to confirm that delivered to my work. Pick out an arrangement and date to be delivered then paid online. She was then called to rudely inform her that the address was not in their area. They could not deliver on requested date and did not have any of the flowers shown in the arrangement. After a long conversation they finally agreed to send flowers. But what I got is no where near what she ordered or paid for and the quality is poor.

Gorgeous arrangements with beautiful fresh flowers that last! I received 2 arrangements over a week ago and only changed the water! They still look amazing!
