I ordered a funeral arrangement through this florist’s website on a Saturday, based on the florist still being open at that time of day. At noon on the following Monday, I received a voicemail that there wasn’t a designer so my order couldn’t be completed. The florist should have offered suggestions of other florists in the area since I live far away and am not familiar with the area. No apology was offered for the inconvenience. Luckily, I was able to have an arrangement made on short notice from Sharron’s Flower House.
