Please take your animals somewhere else! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE AS YOUR VET!! They told me my dog would not survive and insisted on me leaving her there with them, I took her to royston and they gave my pup fluids and medication 2 days later she was better. Save yourself the time and your money by going to a better place that actually listens and cares!
DOG THIEFS!!! Took my German shepherd and my dads lab out of my front yard. We got them back after demanding entry. Took our neighbors dog and refused to give her back. Currently have another families dog in their possession and are refusing to give them back. They are very rude and the one receptionist will put anyone down and make them feel terrible with any question they ask. They need to be shut down.
I have never been treated and talked down to by a vet as I was with Dr. Andrews. No compassion at all. I will never take another animal there if it can be avoided.
Dr. Andrews is great. Her assistant was pleasant and took his time answering my questions about my dog's health needs. I highly recommend it!.
