Very caring, pet/people friendly vet hospital. They've taken such good care of our fur babies over the years..for example, most recently, considerately making a house call when it was time to help one of our sweet girls cross the Rainbow Bridge while in the comfort of her bed. Thank you so much.

Best Friend has always been my absolute favorite veterinarian to go to for my pets! The staff is very knowledgeable and incredibly friendly. Technicians and doctors are so patient with my pets. The common areas, check ins, and patient rooms are always spotless. Love this vet office! Highly recommend!

We recently adopted 2 cats without “cat experience”, they were very helpful and accommodating without an appointment, although I advise to call. The team is kind and caring, they really show interest in the pets and suggest treatments without being pushy. I would definitely recommend.

Terrible customer service. It's been 3 weeks since our pup tested positive for hookworms and whipworms and we've yet to speak to a vet. We have tried multiple times to get in touch with one but no luck. Extremely unprofessional to have an assistant call to tell us about the test results, we had many questions and they were never answered. Been bringing our pup here since 2016 but we will be finding a new vet. Fair warning, they will spend more time pushing things on you than actually speaking to you about your pet's wellbeing.
