Excellent customer service! I called in from the San Francisco Bay Area to order flowers for a client. David answered the phone and he was exceptionally helpful and he got the order right the first time. The flowers were delivered the same day and the recipient was thrilled! David called me back to confirm that the flowers were delivered and the recipient received them... this is outstanding service! We are keeping American Flowers in our vendor list to use whenever we need flowers delivered in the Los Angeles area. Thank you, David!
