About 6 years ago we had a pug we left here and she had puppies at this vet while we were on vacation. She had to have a c-section all the babies died except one and they euthanized the last one without telling us or calling. When we got back our pugs stitches fell out and she almost died as well. I do not recommend this vet and I will never use them again. They didn’t even apologize for this event.
The folks here are awesome. They went to bat for us and our pup when animal control wanted to give us a hard time . Thanks all!
They did an unnecessary surgery on my dog and then charged me $100 more than the number I was originally quoted. When I inquired about the price change I received a silent shrug from the employee. They have awful customer service wherein I was on hold for 15 minutes only for them to hang up on me at 5:01 when I couldn't call back to talk to them. The vet is impersonable and rude. If you love your pets, do NOT take them here!
We love how much they care about our babies! We also appreciate the precautions they are taking in handling the current social distancing guidelines in a way that takes care of EVERYONE!
