I never wrote a review about my experience with this vet 3 years ago. I am seeing more reviews similar to my experience which is so sad, so I wanted to share my story. I had brought my chihuahua and cat here many times for shots and check ups and never had a problem except his not very friendly personality. My cat started losing weight so I brought her to see him and have never been so traumatized in my life. She didn’t cooperate with him examining her (a lot of cats don’t) and he grabbed her by the neck and threw her onto the table multiple times before throwing her at me to catch her. My cat wasn’t very affectionate but after this she was so terrified that she would not let me put her down. I was so upset I just got my stuff and left. I now realize I should’ve reported this but was too scared. Me and my mom took her back a couple months after that to put her down as she was not doing well (this was a mistake on our part for bringing her back) and he injected her without telling us and didn’t tell us when to say our goodbye or anything. We were shocked that he injected her without explaining anything or telling us when he was gonna do it. Her last moments of life were horrible and I will never forgive myself for bringing her to this vet. After she passed he picked her up and put her in a trash bag.. and handed her too us. This is beyond unacceptable and it is not worth the cheap prices for your animals to be treated this way.

Vet was good with my small dog, but must not like big dogs. I think my dog sensed it. Anyway, normally they don't put big dogs on the table. My dog snapped, Which She Has never Done EVER, because he came up and just grabbed her and scared her to death. he then went and got a muzzle and put on her and picked her up and basically slammed her down sideways onto the examination table as he was giving her her vaccinations she was dripping blood out of her mouth. I will never ever ever go back to this vet again. I am a bit traumatized and so is my dog. I hope my dog is okay.

Great. People are friendly and you can go inside and be with your pets.

If you are looking for cost effective and good veterinarian services you've found it. If you want unnecessary frills that are expensive you need to go somewhere else.

Dr Ferris is extremely knowledgeable and he doesnt have to run multiple expensive tests to get a diagnosis! The girls that work there are just awesome! Very friendly! Ive been taking my pets there for years.
