This place is filled with nice people to help. But, it looks like their design/installation process takes almost 2 months. I got incorrect information that they would complete design in a week and installation in max of 2 weeks. Now, it looks like I have to wait for 3 weeks for the design appointment. For installation it would take another 3 to 4 weeks. So, I would recommend to go for design/installation, if it's absolutely necessary and if you can wait that long.

Fantastic Experience.... During the Winter we lost some Leland Cypress trees and needed to figure out what to do to replace them. My wife and I figured we would go to the Pikes Nursery on Johnson Ferry Rd in Marietta and pick their brains and then go find what we learned at Pikes’s. When we arrived we asked who might be able to best assist us. We were told to see Josh Allen. Josh was more the gracious in answering all of our questions, offering suggestions what might be best to use. Josh went out of his way to assist us in making sure the Sun in our backyard would work for the shrubs we were looking at. This was last Friday March 5. Josh had told us he wanted to speak to one of his colleagues that may be a little more knowledgeable about our specific issues. The more my wife and I discussed the information we were given the more we felt not only should this Pike’s be our store of choice , but we also we would have them plant these plants as their guarantee on plants is very generous. We went back to the store on Monday March 8, we met with Josh again and he told us what he had found out for the best way for us to go with the shrubbery we needed. We went forward and made our purchase because of Josh while we were there. We were so impressed with the service we received we asked to speak to the store manager. We spoke with Allison Smith who was also fantastic and gracious and very supportive of her staff. All in all this was an amazing experience. I would highly recommend Pike’s on Johnson Ferry Rd in Marietta Josh and Allison for any of your gardening needs.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The plants looked healthy and there was a good variety available. I always have a good experience at Pikes nursery.

Was In The Store To Pickup A Delivery & Was Racially Profiled & Accused Of Stealing An Empty Pot After Stating Several Times I Was With Said Company For Delivery. Customer Service Was Not Up To Par With East Cobb, And Will Recommend Other Minorities & ESPECIALLY BLACKS DO NOT SHOP AT THIS LOCATION EVER! Will Be Filling Corporate Complaint.
