I had to take my ferret to see the vet. While there, they saw how worried and concerned I was for my fur baby. The doctor checked her out very thoroughly, and let me know everything she was doing and what she was checking for as she felt around on her. She answered any and all questions I had, and I had a lot. The doctor and her assistants were very sweet, and answered any questions I had. I love the fact that they not only took care of my precious Bella, but I felt like they were taking care of me as well. I already have another animal that is a patient at Dogwood , and I have always been very pleased with their service. It truly makes a difference when you feel very well taken care of, not with just my pet, but they made sure to see that I understood the instructions they gave me giving her the medications. I honestly can’t say enough good things about them. They have great doctors and staff.

We recently moved back to the area and needed a veterinarian for our pets. Our old girl Izzy was not doing well and Dr. Johnson and her staff were so kind and helpful. Helping us take care of her in her last months was tough but the staff at Dogwood helped us with grace and genuine care. We appreciate them and their efforts to go above and beyond for our animals. Their efforts to provide curb service during Covid also made us feel confident and safe.

Incredibly kind and understanding, explain things exceptionally well even to someone inept in medical knowledge, and they truly care about the animals. They don't do anything to the pets without first discussing with you, and they truly go out of their way to ensure all of the options are being explored and considered. My boy is always excited to see his friends when he sees we pull into the parking lot.

Dogwood has been my vet of choice for 23 years. The staff is courteous and truly caring. The waiting area is clean and welcoming. My Schnauzer dances when he recognizes we have pulled into the parking lot. That, speaks to me more than anything else, of the care he receives.
