These folks take great care of my animals. We have been customers for years and are treated very well. They were wonderful at the worst time, when I had to put my dog down. I was amazed at how great they were about it all.

I've been bringing my dogs to them for years. Four of them, so you can imagine how much money I have spent in this facility. I needed to be seen last Friday on an emergent basis and all they could offer me was a drop off. I didn't want to do that because my dog was so sick and I called and told them that. They didn't try to even see her. Well, I'm glad they didn't. I took her to another vet and apparently my dog has had pancreas issues for YEARS. It was never caught here because they never checked it. She has always had liver issues and not once did they check her pancreas. From what I understand it is always checked when a dog has elevated liver enzymes. Now my poor dog is fighting for her life, literally. I have spent over 1000 dollars to try and nurse her back to health but it may be too late. I have always paid for the extensive panel of blood work on this dog and they never checked her pancreas. This is insane to me. My dog is dying because they didn't do their job. I sent an email to the veterinarian who has cared for her over the years and he can't even bother to respond. This practice has gone downhill over the years. I had to put another dog to sleep recently and the way he acted like he was annoyed with us was disgusting. We were literally hysterical about our dog dying and he looked and acted as though he was too busy to even deal with us. It makes me sick how much money I have given them over the years and they didn't care for my pets the way that I trusted them to. I wouldn't trust them with a cockroach.

All of the staff were very professional, courteous, and thorough. They made my doggie Titus and I feel very comfortable and at ease. I would highly recommend.

My first visit here was during the pandemic, thus I was not able to personally meet Dr. Matt. However, the curbside service we received from his staff was professional and kind. When I spoke with Dr. Matt on the phone, he explained what was going on with my dog, answered all my questions, and addressed my concerns. I was given an estimated range for the cost of my dog's procedure, and the final cost was on the low end of that range. His staff even called to check on my dog the day after his procedure. Very professional and caring experience.
