I brought my 14 year old dog, Cassie, for some much needed fairly urgent dental work. The staff were exceptional. They were caring, managed to fit us in very quickly, and gave us a very competitive price estimate. Cassie came home sleepy but happy, with medications to take, after extensive dental work, The next morning, she was like a puppy again, happier than she’d been in a long time. They are very COVID aware. Patients wait in the car, while the staff come out . I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you, Lake City.

Dr Carmichael is amazing. He’s such a caring vet and really is understanding. He’s great to work with your budget and prices are already reasonable. I live right in front of Bridgemill Animal hospital and drive 30 min to Lake City. I’ve recommended them to neighbors and everyone said he is worth the drive. Would never go anywhere else.

Dr. Toby is the smartest veterinarian out there. He took care of our Golden Retriever top notch. He fixed her torn ACL and made her able to walk again. We are very grateful for Dr. Toby and the awesome staff at Lake City Animal Hospital!

We scheduled our dog to have it spayed on Monday the 25th of January. We were instructed to be there at 7:30 and were the only customer in the parking lot. We called in and they asked us which lot we were in. As we were the only one there I told them just look out the window and you will see us. She stated someone would come and get her. After 15 minutes we called again and 15 after that called again. The final time I explained we needed to go to work and could only wait another 5 minutes. After the 5 minutes were up, we left and only after we pulled out of the parking lot the called and said they were ready. If this was the only poor experience we have had, I would keep silent. If you want to use them, bring a lunch as you will sit and sit waiting for them to respond even if you are the only customer in the parking lot.

They were great at explaining what was wrong and how to fix it, they were also very careful and kind towards my dog. She never liked leaving me ever since I can’t go back with her but this time she was perfect and went with the vet completely and they said she had no problems with other people. If she trusts them I trust them.
