Ordered flowers for valentines day. Paid for stuffed animal and a jumbo card, but only got the flowers. Ripped me out of an extra 20 bucks. Yay.nn*update*nnCalled the florist and asked for a refund because the items were supposed to be delivered together as part of the surprise. They refused to refund the items that were missing because the delivery person was not their regular driver. They called the driver and had him bring the items. So not only did they not give me an option on how to make their mistake right, but they refused to take responsibility for the driver they contracted. Won't be ordering from here again.nn*response to owner*nnRead the timeline as I laid it out in the review. I asked for a refund before the driver delivered the missing items. I was told a refund was not possible. And the driver or your organization did not recognize the mistake. I called because the items were not received. Again, I requested to pay for the delivered flowers and to get a refund for the additional undelivered items, but your employee refused to do so because the driver was a contracted driver and not a regular employee. As if that has anything to do with your failure to deliver the items as paid for. I would be better to change your policy or retrain your employee rather than to attempt and reword my outline of events to make them appear better on your part. Just take responsibility, correct it, and move on. And if a mistake is made and the contract is not fulfilled as originally ordered, the contract is no longer binding, so technically you could not legally refuse a refund.

I've used them exclusively for the past year or so and have yet to be let down. I give them a little info on what I'm looking for and leave the rest to the professionals. Their store is super cute and offersore than just flowers. Love supporting small businesses, too! Thank you for all you do!

I received yellow roses for my birthday! They were beautiful extremely high quality flora! I would definitely recommend Kennesaw Florist & Cookies!!

Kennesaw Florist is excellent! This is my first time using this business but it will not be my last! I was in search for a local florist (because I LOVE SUPPORTING LOCAL BUSINESSES) that offered modern arrangements for my best friend. Their website is easy to navigate and I love that it actually 'offers' modern arrangements.nnThe flowers were delivered earlier today and my friend LOVES THEM! They are reasonably priced and the customer service is EXCELLENT! After placing my order, I was called within several minutes because I did not include (on the card) who they were from. The florist wanted to make sure I meant to do that. And that shows me they CARE. Thank you so much, KF!! You guys made my best friend very happy!
