This has been an excellent experience for Savannah.nMy family and I are extremely impressed with the Doctor's emotional intelligence and acumen. This Doctor does an amazing job following up and explaining medical issues. He is a true professional!!! In addition, his co-worker (I apologize for not knowing her name) was extremely patient and knowledgeable discussing Savannah. Her medical acumen and customer service were excellent!!!nThank you for all your time

I'm changing my review to 1 star it should be -10. Dr Faris saw my dog rico because I was referred to him as he was supposed to be the heart specialist. 2 other vets told me my dog had a heart murmur. For over a year Dr Ferris told me he did not have one. Then my dog developed a small cough I asked him about it he said it was probably allergies then I noticed his chest was enlarged I asked him do you think he has fluid on his lungs he said no he's just gaining weight. Then they do dental surgery on him after that it was all downhill with his heart he came out with a cough I told them it was getting worse they gave him an anti-inflammatory it was not getting better I decided to go to another vet she told me she was pretty sure he had fluid in his lungs and took an x-ray and he did....not only that he had a heart murmur. His heart has gotten worse with the fluid in his lungs he's on medications now for his heart and Lasix I made several attempts to call dr. Faris to make him aware of his mistake so that he does not cost another dog his health he has not called me back this vet is very expensive!!! I spent a lot of money there but that's not the point I just wanted my dog to be taken care of instead he ruined my dog's life because he could have caught this earlier and been more responsible and my dog would be healthier into his old age. So do not go here you have been warned if you choose to go here you are choosing to not help your dog or your animal have a better life!!!

I took my puppy in, very quick to respond when trying to make the appointment, sent me reminders, and left feeling like my puppy was taken care of, they had us in and out not waiting, very organized. The vet answered all my questions. Would recommend this vet!!!!!
