Animal Hospital At Rice Hope

A bit of a drive from where we live, but worth it for their caring service. They truly make you feel they care about the well being of your pet/family member.

Wouldn’t recommend this place at all. Had a emergency with my pet and was told they can’t take them and look at him because there was only one doctor in (which was fine) but leaded to say they would call us back moments later to schedule something to get him looked at. No one ever called back for two days. Called again, left a voicemail to send records because we wanted to find another vet and to call back to talk to a manager. They sent a email with one of our dogs records and not the other with nothing else said. Super unprofessional! Had a bad experience with boarding also! DON’T RECOMMEND!

Rice Hope veterinary hospital fradulantly charged my debit card $66.44 on December 17, 2020. It has as of today posted to my acct. I contacted the office twice to reverse this charge and they would not do anything about it. Now I have to dispute the charge at my bank, and cancel the card. Very inconvenient for my finances, time and frustration. This office is somehow scamming clients info. DON'T GO TO THIS VET IF YOU WANT YOUR CREDIT CARD SECURE!!!!!

Very nice staff. Our Peach didn't want to leave. The entrance is a bit skeptical but that would be my only complaint.

I've used Rice Hope animal hospital for several years now.nDr Bragg is awesome and I always recommend them.nThey have proven they genuinely care about your animals wellbeing and make follow up calls. We have had general care. Physicals and surgery done .nHave tried a few others in the area and the differences were pretty noticeable.nRecently due to the pandemic ( Election infection) they have made it where you drop your animal off at the door.nalthough I understand why , I'm not a fan of not being there while they are examining and being able to ask questions. Hopefully this will pass soon ( Nov )
