Complete and absolute RIP off with a cynical expectation that grieving relatives will silently cash out. Even for the cheapest cremation only services, price discussed by phone on multiple occasions and price on the final invoice were two completely different numbers. On top of that a shameless $200 body removal fee after I had to help carry out the body of my grandmother because there was only one guy from the funeral home to pick it up.
