Went to them to have my cat's teeth checked out since a tooth had fallen out. I was able to get an appt that same day. They checked in a few days after the visit to see how he was doing. I had a great 1st time experience and look forward to going back for subsequent care. I'd recommend this place to other people looking for general care or dental needs for their pets.
Very professional, efficient, friendly. Leo was terrific helping on the phone.nThe doctor who treated cocochanel was very kind, patience and very informative.
Annual check up for our dog. Very good service curbside. Technician called day before to ask what we would like the doctor to focus on during the examine. This is great! After appointment ended Doctor called to review and answer questions. 5 stars.
Vet barely took time to answer any questions and was halfway out the door while I was trying to get answers. Staff made me call my father in the ICU on full life support to get permission to treat my family dog. I’ve come here with him for years. Even after explaining they were insistent so I called him while he was being treated for severe respiratory distress by nurses while he was on the verge of being intubated again. Would be cool to have better communication, compassion, and understanding.
Great experience - weird to do the touchless pick/up drop off for COVID - but felt safe for sure. They take good care of my cats - and always have concerns for my wallet as well!
