Just took my two new kittens in to get a check up and I was really pleased. Everyone I talked to was super nice and obviously really liked cats. The vet was super knowledgeable and conveyed all the necessary information in a way that made it very easy to understand not just what but why I should or shouldn't be doing things certain ways. Will definitely take them back next year!
AMAZING GO HER FOR ALL UR CATS
I am so grateful to have found The Cat Doctor on Yelp.nnDr. Diaz and his lovely friendly staff took care of both of my family cats for their yearly appointments. For my own sanity, I took the cats in on two different days and both times, were greeted with quality professionalism and kindness. The Cat Doctor has been following proper safety protocols during Covid and has a very organized system in place. Call the office, tell them you are outside, drop the cat off outside the door, get back in your car and 1 second later, your cat is picked up.nnThe follow up call from Dr. Diaz was the most thorough I have ever experienced from a vet. He was unbelievably patient as I peppered him with half a dozen questions and he answered every one as clearly as possible.nnPayment was taken over the phone and my cats and receipts were dropped off back outside once it was confirmed I was there to pick them up. If you want thorough caring quality for your cat, I highly suggest The Cat Doctor to become your veterinarian!
The staff at the reception desk are very rigid and rude. They are visibly forcing themselves to be nice, which only ends up being condescending instead. I often feel like I'm in high school again, trying to make friends with the popular cheerleader, no matter how friendly I AM these girls wilI forever think they are better than me. I finally decided that the cost for care here was too steep to keep enduring the lack of customer service.
They offer wonderful care. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. It’s a small office so they know your name and know your pets. They’re easy to contact and are willing to go the extra mile. Really wonderful.
