The customer service at DeRolf is exceptional. Scheduling the appointment, the visit process, to the pick up is all friendly and compassionate. My only complaint is the pricing, which I believe is steep. However, you get what you pay for and I keep coming back ud83dude0a

You guys are beyond AMAZING! Thank you for being part of our family and taking care of all 6 of our fur babies. The dogs especially say it all... they are never traumatized when they come home from treatment. (The cats aren't either--I just can't read cats as well!) Dr. DeRolf goes above and beyond *every single time* and the office staff is absolutely lovely and always helpful. Pixie, especially, shows how much she loves you guys because she excitedly runs to greet everyone when she arrives. We love you guys! Thank you for all you do, and for putting yourselves and your families at risk, taking care of our babies, during Covid! You are front-line workers, too, and our heroes. We could not recommend DeRolf Animal Hospital more. If I could give 100 stars, I would.

We love DeRolf Animal Hospital! My pets have been clients for many years. They provide exceptional care to my pets, as well as us humans. Every member of their staff is patient, compassionate and understanding. They are a wealth of information and always call me back quickly to answer my questions or update me on a pet I've had to drop-off. I cannot imagine taking my pets anywhere else!

Dr DeRolf is an outstanding veterinarian! He stood out in the cold for the longest time, making sure we fully understood our dog's condition & all our options. He treats you like you're the only patient he has that day. Staff is wonderful too! Highly recommend

Employees and Dr. were so kind and caring. I took in our new rescue, and everything went smoothly. This will be our permanent Vet. SO pleased.
