The employee was super helpful. She changed the vase for me because I hated it. I went in to get some flowers for my mom, but once I got to the house, the arrangement fell apart completely. It wasn’t my fault, because no water spilt. But the arrangement just fell apart, falling out of the vase. I’m frustrated with how it turned out. The flowers were beautiful, but also pricey for me to get home only for them to fall apart.
Fresh Orchids in hand, saved the day
Visited this location to purchase a birthday gift for someone. The two ladies that we're working we're beyond helpful, and very knowledgeable about their plant and flower selection. Since I don't know much about flowers, they helped me pick out the best ones for the type of lighting in and around my home, and then assembled the gift I was purchasing into a more than exceptional arrangement. Certainly better than anything I could have done. Thank you ladies for your time and effort. It's could to see that good customer service still exists.
