Very disappointed! I called and talked to the owner Miranda to ensure my message would be written on the note card for my mom’s birthday. She assured me that it would. It was delivered with a blank card and no message written at all. I ordered two balloons and received one deflated balloon. This seems like a very unprofessional business.
