I love their products and ordering online is so easy! I've been purchasing products from this particular store for years and everything has always been wonderful! I will definitely be purchasing sweet treats from them for many future years!
I went in the store around 3:30 this afternoon to get an arrangement. The door bell was pretty loud and no one was out front. I could hear talking in the back so I just stood there and waited, thinking someone would come out to assist me. However, after 5 minutes of listening to laughing and continuous conversation I decided to leave. I'm highly disappointed as I have never had any issues like this with Edible Arrangements.
The staff was very helpful. I will be using this location again in the future.
I ordered something for my daughter for Easter since I live out of town. They were supposed to deliver it on Easter but they called my daughter after they left and said they could not deliver it because she wasn’t there, if they had called prior they would have realized that she was only six minutes away and they could have left it at the front door, besides that there was someone at the home that was asleep. I called the next day because they left me a message and needed to know when someone was going to be home when I called back they said they had already sent it out for delivery, when I ask why they did not call prior she rudely told me they didn’t wait on people, I did not ask her to wait on anybody. Calling prior on a Holiday would seem to me to be standard especially when it is a holiday treat. Very rude, will never use again.
I love going here to buy gifts for my wife and mom for mothers day, birthdays and Valentine's gifts. I will always pick up an extra box for me. I personally like the dozen chocolate dipped strawberries. Nothing to fancy.
