I called looking for a local florist in New Kent to deliver a sympathy arrangement for a dear friend. I spoke with Jackie and told her what i would like and she was so helpful explaining options and about her use of native flowers that she grows on her farm. We decided on a cheerful arrangement. The arrangement was wow! It had 10 sunflowers in it which was a favorite of the recipient She even made an evening delivery to accommodate work schedule.I will use again and highly recommend Flower Forte. Jackie is very knowledgeable and professional. Those flowers are gorgeous.
Flower Forté was absolutely wonderful to work with. I called last minute (after 12 on a Saturday) and she was able to do a same day delivery. I told her a few things the recipient liked and she knocked it out of the park! Highly recommend.
What a great experience! I feel fortunate to have such a wonderful service to call on to treat loved ones, and myself! The flowers are fresh, beautifully and creatively arranged, and personal professionalism is apparent in every interaction. A five star experience!!
I phoned Flower Forte after business hours and was astounded when Jackie, the owner picked up the phone, pulled off the road, and took my order. I had made a mistake on the delivery date on an electronic gift that was supposed to be delivered that day. Jackie, the owner treated the matter with urgency, hand-selected a gorgeous plant, and delivered it the next day The plant radiated love (as does the owner) and was a source of comfort to my friend who had lost her father recently. 5 stars on Quality, Service, Beauty, Professionalism, and to the owner for being a Caring Human Being.
Jackie at Flowers Forte was such a God send after my last four experiences with florists .nShe kept me updated from the minute she started making my arrangement til completion and sent pics for my approval.nThis is definitely my florist going forward.nThank you Jackie for your top notch customer service.
