I requested an estimate at 9am on a Monday and was emailed within an hour. Spoke at about 10:30 and the flowers were delivered by 2.30. I even got a text with a picture of the arrangement. Superb customer service and a lovely arrangement.

I live in California and wanted to send a Get Well plant to my sister in Charlottesville. Randomly, I called Secret Gardens. Betty Jo was amazing. She found a beautiful live flowered plant and delivered it in a few hours. So happy. I am blown away by the incredible customer service! She is the best. She sent me an email confirmation of my order and even sent me a picture of the plant! Don't look any further for a florist. This is the place to go. Truly.

Secret Gardens was amazingly accommodating with a last minute request for 3 funeral arrangements the weekend before Christmas. Not only did Betty Jo get the arrangements complete, she took the time to learn about the family and also made each arrangement very unique. Outstanding customer service and beautiful arrangements at a reasonable price, I wish I had a florist like Betty Jo near me. I would never go anywhere else! Thank you again for such an amazing job!
