I love sending people I love flowers, and this shop and Randall, the owner, deliver absolutely the best, most creative, most spectacular flowers and floral arrangements I have ever ordered, and I order A LOT of flowers. The most recent order overwhelmed the recipients with their stunning, graceful beauty. Somehow Randall can reveal the beauty of nature in a way that is just unique unto himself. The flowers were somehow fresh and emitting beautiful fragrances into their home nearly three weeks later. Amazing. 200% (not a typo) thrilled customer. Just because he's magical doesn't mean he's not real.
Navigated website order and completed transaction with no problems. What made your service stand out to me was the fact that you were going to be closed on the day i wished to have the flowers delivered and informed me that you wouldn't be able to deliver when requested. Your shop called me long distance to let me know this and give me a chance to cancel (as they had not run the CC purchase through yet). This is an example of outstanding customer service. And while i regretfully cancelled the procrastinated last minute order, the person i spoke with recommended that i call another shop in town that would be open and could meet the delivery date. i did just that and i wish to express my gratitude for your helping me out in a big way. Keep it up and stay safe out there!!!
We ordered Freesias for our daughter's birthday. The arrived in abundance and with such a poignant and remembered fragrance that she carried them to their bedroom at night and back to the living area during the day. When they opened, they were beautiful. Very satisfied with the delivery of these flowers as promised!
I unexpectedly needed flowers sent to a coworker and not being from the area, I checked handy dandy Google. I enjoyed the ease of ordering on the go! The arrangement that was delivered was PHENOMENAL!! I was blown away by what she received! Definitely worth the value and then some! I appreciate the quick delivery as well! The website was so easy to navigate and the flowers were so beautiful when they arrived. They brought joy every day they were here! A wonderful mix of colors and a great size bouquet. They even wrote the message I sent on a beautiful card.
