Agape Florist did a great job of communicating with me through the whole process. There was a substitution in the arrangement and I was called and emailed to confirm that it would be ok. I was thrilled with the outcome! They delivered to my friend in the hospital in a timely manner. I received a photo of the flowers and they were just beautiful. Thank you, Agape!

If you need flowers in Charlottesville - this is the place. Ordered flowers for my mother's birthday, she said they were the most beautiful, freshest, best smelling flowers she's ever received. Great service too.

Great flower store! My flowers were delivered during an ice storm when I was not home. Naturally the flowers were ruined. But when I called the store owner was so nice on the phone, and the next day I received new gorgeous replacement flowers! Thank you!

I have received flowers from this florist multiple times and the first time my arrangement was unattractive and lopsided then died after a day of receiving them. This time I received lilies that I am allergic to which was very much on my fiancé. I called to see if it was possible to exchange the arrangement or to have the lilies replaced. I was put on the phone with the owner and instead of simply stating she could not replace the arrangement she immediately proceeded to yell at me. She accused me of trying to scam her because my fiancé supposedly ordered through another platform. Then she blamed COVID which would have been valid enough for me to go on my way if she didn’t say it after accusing me of trying to scam her. I hung up on her after informing her that I would be going to another florist because that is not the way someone should speak to a customer especially when I had no expectations of them being replaced nor did I give her any reason to yell at me. She proceeded to call me and leave me a snarky voicemail because I hung up on her, blaming the hang up on her refusing to make accommodations for the flowers instead of her behavior. She said in her voicemail that she could have offered other suggestions but if that was the case then she should have stated that rather than accuse me of trying to get a refund through the “other platform”. On a positive note the receptionist was very professional and sweet and very much deserves a raise.nnTo owner response:nI never once was angry you wouldn’t make an exchange. I had no expectation that there would be an exchange. You very much yelled at me and gave me attitude for asking if it was possible to make an exchange and did not let me get a word in after you accused me of scamming. You said that I would take a picture as it has happened before to you. I hung up not because you wouldn’t make an exchange but that you wouldn’t let me speak and were yelling at me. I explained this to your receptionist and said I’d prefer to not speak to you as you had called me after hanging up. You then proceeded to try and call me a second time after I posted this google review offering to have stems delivered that I would pay for. I said that the flowers were a gift and I did not want to make a big deal of it. I then explained why I said that to you to the receptionist as the quality of the flowers I have received previously were not satisfactory and now I was being yelled at for simply asking if an exchange was possible. I never once said I would be bad mouthing you and that statement is quite an absurd and petty way to deal with you attacking a customer.
