My mother passed in Nov 2020. I was unable to travel due to covid 19 travel restrictions. I was assured that the service would be live streamed unfortunately they did not turn on the video and not only did I not get to be there, I was unable to watch remotely, as promised. To add insult to injury, when she finally arrived here in Florida she was NOT in the urn I chose! This was my first real experience with laying a loved one to rest and I was very disappointed by the whole experience. I also do not believe that she would of been happy with it either. I do NOT recommend this business to anyone who wants a beautiful memorable service for their loved ones final goodbyes.
