Excellent experience here with my new kitten and recent spay. I have not been able to enter the facility due to Covid, but, they seem to have an efficient curbside service set up. Male tech who recently cared for my kitten during spay was so kind. He told me he would “give her extra love for me” post procedure and it was just what I needed to hear, as I was nervous about her being alone in a strange place upon wakening. He was great about updating me and explaining post op instructions. Dr Andreassi has been wonderful and patient over the phone. I would recommend this facility.
I was very satisfied with the care Xena received her first time here! We just moved from Boston and I was worried about changing vets but Healthy Paws was wonderful. Everyone was so nice and knowledgeable and put my mind at ease because I knew she was being taken good care of.
Very well put together COVID response. Pull up, call, and hand them your little friend when they send someone out. Mobile payment terminals and good receptionists make the experience here as painless as possible.
We've brought both of our dogs to Healthy Paws and the care has been fantastic- clean, they follow up on the animals post-visit, willing to look into various care options, caring and thorough.
Having come here with many of our dogs. As a breeder in the past they were amazing esp when it came to having the dogs having a c-sections. All professional and all just sweetheart that work there and love animals. We now have only 3 dogs none that are breeders and they do the best job with them.
