It's a great store. The employees love it and the products are pretty good. Always worried about the live animals and their conditions though.
Their prices are sometimes pretty high! Also when I brought some treats to the counter, the tag said they were buy one get one 50% off, but when they rang up, they rang up at full price. If you make something buy one get one half off, it should show up in the computer system when I checkout. I DO LIKE how they have a rewards system though.
They had a great selection of fish tank decor and live (snail free) plants. I can’t wait to re-decorate my tank!
Jenni is just so wonderful! She is very patient and very informative. She was able to answer all of my random questions about my new rescue! She has specific handouts that fits my dog's needs! Training him was difficult in the beginning due to him never having experiencing being allowed to play with other dogs, or even being around friendly people! But with Jenni being so patient and sweet, my dog has gotten to LOVE training! He also adores her and goes nuts when he hears her voice!
I am always very impressed by how organized PetSmart is, as well as I am impressed at how easy it is find what you need. Unfortunately, the couple of times I've been in here, the cat collar section has been very limited. Overall a great experience.
