ASA Flowers

They say they are a local family owned business. They gave me one of the most worse memorable day I ever had. I had a special delivery set up for a very special birthday for my daughter had it all worked out with co workers of hers. It says same day delivery on the February 23rd had it set up for delivery of special order delivered scheduled for the 25 th. At her work chocolates along with flowers . They did a no show ud83dude25 $148. 28 I tried tracking it to make sure it was going to be on time it wouldn't let me track. This place is a scam that moment can never be given back.

Tried to order online for delivery...seemed like a fair price until just before you check out. Price seems final but they sneak in a large service fee just before you click pay. In addition to delivery or tax. Very deceptive.

I had flowers sent to a friend, all the way from Texas. The man I spoke with on the phone was kind and professional, and very helpful. The flowers were so lovely! I highly recommend this business.

Horrific behavior from the owner. I’ve never encountered such an unprofessional, unhinged business person before. He has no concept of providing a high level of service to customers. He overcharges, and acts as if he’s doing you a favor by allowing you to give him your business. I had reasonable questions about the type of flowers I was receiving on my wedding day, after noticing a discrepancy on the flower proposal, and the owner responded in an offensive, combative nature. He suggested that he not fulfill my flower order two weeks before my wedding. His behavior was incredibly unpleasant, inappropriate and unkind. Fortunately our wedding venue allowed us to use another vendor. We ran towards another floral vendor who can act like a grown up and provide decent service.

We have ordered flower arrangements for our special events from Asa for many years and they are always spectacular. He is so creative!
