This was my first time taking one of my pets to the Ajo Vet Clinic, and I was very impressed. The staff is professional and friendly, and takes every precaution to ensure the safety and comfort of their patients. They were very responsive to my concerns, and very helpful when it came to follow up care and changes to my pet's diet. I will definitely be taking my pets back here in the future!
I have been trusting Ajo Veterinary Clinic with the care of my animals for many years. Most recently, the knowledgeable and personable staff and doctors there helped me navigate my 19-year-old Lab's end of life. I so appreciate their expertise and compassion, as well as their adherence to strict health protocols. During this pandemic it is especially reassuring when professionals reach out as fellow human beings.
I didn't go here but I plan on it if need be. I was concerned with how my dog was feeling but didn't have money for treatment. I phoned other vets trying to get some info on her behavior, which didn't get anywhere, I was told that they couldn't answer any questions. This clinic gave me answers to my concern and also info on a website to apply for assistance as well as info for low cost treatment. They're caring and understanding. I'd recommend them completely just based on my brief phone call.
I've been taking my pets to Ajo Vet clinic since 2014. The Doctor's are wonderful and understanding to me and my pets. I don't feel pressured into buying things that I feel aren't needed for my pets. The receptionists are friendly and helpful. You're always greeted with a warm smile. The last time I was there the receptionist was on the phone with a customer helping her get her pet's prescription costs lowered. When I had to put my pet down due to severe illness they gave me as much time as needed to stay in the room with my best friend. You won't be disappointed taking your loved ones here. I highly recommend.
We have been taking our cats to Ajo Veterinary for over 13 years, since our move to Tucson. We always been pleased with the wonderful care their staff provides our kitties. Kind, caring, friendly, intelligent vets and techs. Office staff is great as well! Dr. Vick has been very helpful as our cats are now 8 and 18 years old and have some special needs.
